When Lara learns she’s pregnant, she returns to her seaside hometown, where shadows of her childhood resurface. Among shifting tides and fading voices, she moves through memories that blur into dreams of her late mother.

Responsibilities included:
Script development in collaboration with the director
Led communication and coordination between department heads to ensure alignment and meet deadlines
Planned and executed a crowdfunding campaign, including outreach to press and organisations
Secured over £1,000 in funding through crowdfunding, press, and community engagement
Managed the production budget, tracking expenses and maintaining cost reports
Location scouting, management of location agreements and accommodation
Coordinated logistics for complex scenes, including safety planning for underwater filming
Completed risk assessments and ensured compliance with safety standards in collaboration with local authorities
Oversaw on-set activity, ensuring cast and crew wellbeing, catering and resolving any issues
Secured lifeguard for scenes that involved filming in the sea
Management of contracts for cast and freelance crew
Coordination of post-production to ensure delivery aligned with deadlines and creative goals
Coordination of festival strategy and correspondence
